As a Senior Power Electronics Enginner, you will be leading a team in developing power converters for EV powertrains.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build prototypes of battery chargers, motor controllers, DC-DC converters and other EV powertrain components.
  • Complete ownership of products- topology selection, design calculations, schematic capture, component selection, PCB layout, testing and certification.
  • Collaborate with mechanical and embedded team on development.
  • Assistance with vehicle integration and testing of hardware.

Ideal Candidate

  • Master’s/PhD in Power Electronics or equivalent.
  • 4+ years hands-on experience with power converter design and testing.
  • Strong understanding of converter topologies.
  • Knowledge of control theory and embedded programming.
  • Experience in supervising PCB layout design for power converters.
  • Experience with EV powertrain components.
  • Experience in taking products from design to production.
  • Awareness of automotive/electrical safety and EMC standards.

As a Junior Power Electronics Enginner, you will be leading a team in developing power converters for EV powertrains.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build prototypes of battery chargers, motor controllers, DC-DC converters and other EV powertrain components.
  • Support all stages of development- topology selection, design calculations, schematic capture, component selection, PCB layout, testing and certification.
  • Collaborate with mechanical and embedded team on development.
  • Assistance with vehicle integration and testing of hardware.

Ideal Candidate

  • Master in Power Electronics or equivalent through work experience.
  • 1-2 years hands-on experience with power converter design and testing.
  • Strong understanding of converter topologies.
  • Experience with power semiconductor selection and gate driver design.
  • Experience in PCB layout design for power converters.
  • Proficiency with test equipment (Oscilloscopes, Signal Generators etc).
  • Experience with EV powertrains is a plus.
  • Awareness of automotive/electrical safety and EMC standards is a plus.

As a Senior Firmware Enginner, you will be developing safety-critical embedded firmware for EV powertrain components.

Responsibilities

  • Develop real-time embedded firmware for motor controllers and battery chargers.
  • Complete ownership of firmware from drivers and hardware abstraction layer to middleware and application software for user controls.
  • Work closely with hardware team to specify firmware requirements.
  • Firmware integration and testing with hardware.

Ideal Candidate

  • 2+ years experience with real-time embedded firmware development.
  • Experience with Field Oriented Control, Digital Control of DC-DC Converters.
  • Knowledge of microcontroller peripherals like ADCs, PWM and communication protocols like CAN, SPI.
  • Knowledge of control systems theory and controller tuning.
  • Experience with TI C2000 microcontrollers is a plus.
  • Familiarity with version control (Git, SVN) a plus.

As a Senior Mechanical Enginner, you will responsible for designing thermal management systems and electronics packaging for EV powertrain components.

Responsibilities

  • Modelling and design of mechanical components and assemblies including castings, magnetic components, HV connectors, fasteners etc.
  • Mechanical design analysis including thermal, structural and design for manufacturing.
  • Electronics packaging including electrical isolation, sealing, thermal management, interconnection etc.
  • Assistance with prototyping and component fabrication.

Ideal Candidate

  • 2+ years experience with mechanical design for electronics.
  • Strong understanding of mechanics, thermodynamics and materials.
  • Knowledge of GD&T and Finite Element Analysis concepts.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks/CATIA, ANSYS IcePak and Structural.
  • Experience with manufacturing processes such as casting, stamping, machining etc.
  • Knowledge of automotive environmental and safety standards.
  • Basic understanding of electrical design fundamentals.

Business

As a Business Development Manager, you will be spearheading conversations with OEMs to forge strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Craft the go-to-market strategy for our end-to-end charging solution.
  • Reach out to sourcing and engineering teams of various two and three wheeler OEMs to understand their requirements.
  • Provide feedback to our engineering teams for product development.
  • Liaise with OEMs to plan pilots.
  • Attend conferences and industry events to showcase our products.

Ideal Candidate

  • Engineering background with 2+ years experience in business development.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of various electric vehicle subsystems.
  • Understanding of the current market scenario for electric vehicle components and charging solutions is a plus.
  • Experience with manufacturing processes such as casting, stamping, machining etc.
  • Prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus
